Standard Workshop Project is located on Southeast to the Crossing of Mengshansi Road and Yihesan Road, Linyi Comprehensive Free Trade Zone, covering an area of 101,846 m². The first stage is mainly to build standard workshops of 3-4F frame structure, including 1# comprehensive workshop with construction area of 38,933.44m², 2# electronic workshop with construction area of 6,180m², 3# mechanical workshop with construction area of 6,180m², 4# mechanical workshop with construction area of 6,180m², and supporting facilities of office, water, electricity, gas. The cumulative investment of the first stage is RMB 110 million yuan.
